No our inventory varies from day to day.  If the product shows an inventory amount it is usually correct. 

If my item in not in stock, how long will it take to ship? TOP

Out of stock items usually take 2 weeks to ship.  However, if it is an item we normally stock we usually receive large trucks in each week and your Item could ship the next day.  You can always check the status of your order on line, just click on the Order Checking Link.

What is your return policy. TOP

We garantee our heaters are great heaters.  If it does not operate as advertised we accept your return for a full refund.  We do not however refund the cost of freight or pay for return freight. 

Once your heater has been installed we do not accept returns based on color, wrong size or other architectural reasons.

What size wire do I need for my heater? TOP
Wire size is determined by amperage.  To determine amperage, divide the wattage by the voltaged.  ( 3000 watt heater at 240 volts would equal 12.5 amps.  Consult your local codes for wire sizing at your amperage.

Can I get a remote thermostat for a wall heater? TOP
We handle several other brands, not shown on the web. Give us a call and we can provide a heater that will accept a remote wall mount thermostat.
